How I work · five engagements, scoped to what's broken

Pick the shape that fits.
Or the audit tells us which one.

Five productised engagements. From a paid roadmap, through the data layer on the CRM you've got, to a full Attio build and the retainer that keeps it running. The shape decides the price, the price stays in the proposal, not on the website.

Five standalone engagements.

Each is a separate offer with its own scope and price. Pick the one that matches where you are. Not sure? The intro call tells us which fits — or that none of them do, which is just as useful.

01 · Diagnostic Audit

A paid roadmap, not a free brainstorm.

For founders or RevOps leaders who want a serious diagnosis before committing to a build. The free 30-minute call tells you whether there's something here. The audit tells you exactly what to build.

1 to 2 weeks · fixed fee
What's in it
  • Full read of your current CRM, data sources, integrations and outbound stack
  • Mapped workflow walk, lead-to-close, surfacing every handoff and every data leak
  • Written roadmap with three project shape options, costed
  • One follow-up call to walk you through it
What you walk away with. A written roadmap and a scoped project proposal. Yours to keep, whether or not we work together after. Redeemable against any project we start within ninety days.
02 · Data Layer

Stay on your CRM. Fix the data underneath.

For HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive teams who aren't ready to migrate yet. The CRM stays. The enrichment, the pipeline, the routing and the reporting get built properly on top of what you've got.

3 to 4 weeks · scoped project + optional retainer
What's in it
  • Enrichment waterfall built into your CRM, Clay, Apollo, SignalBase, public APIs
  • Deal scoring and lead-routing rules that match how you actually qualify
  • Pipeline hygiene automations, stale-deal nudges, owner notifications
  • A reporting layer the team trusts, in your CRM or Looker or Sheets, whichever's already there
  • No CRM rebuild. Nothing migrates. You stay where you are.
What you walk away with. A working data layer on the CRM you already pay for. Lower commitment than a migration. Often the on-ramp to one later.
03 · Migration to Attio

HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive to Attio. History intact.

For teams who've decided to switch and want the move clean. Outgrown HubSpot Starter, hit by the Professional jump, or stuck on a Salesforce that needs a consultant every time a field moves. Productised, flat fee, four weeks.

4 weeks · flat fee
What's in it
  • Full data-model read of your existing CRM before anything moves
  • Mapping plan, every object, every custom field, every association, signed off before migration
  • Migration execution, contacts, companies, deals, history, notes, owners, attachments
  • Post-migration QA pass, data parity check, integration handover
  • Basic Attio configuration around your sales motion on the way in
What you walk away with. A working Attio CRM with your data, your history, and a sales motion the team can actually use. Standalone, or paired with an Attio Build for a deeper rebuild.
04 · Attio Build

An Attio CRM shaped around how you actually sell.

For greenfield or post-migration teams who want the system designed to their motion, not a template. Custom objects, custom logic, the data flows, the automations, the reports. The build that makes the CRM worth opening.

4 to 12 weeks · scoped project + retainer
What's in it
  • Custom objects, attributes, lists and lifecycle stages, designed to your motion
  • Workflow automation, lead routing, deal hygiene, status transitions
  • Integrations wired in, Clay, Apollo, n8n, Stripe, Slack, calendar, email
  • Reporting layer that actually means something, dashboards, views, list digests
  • Training, documentation, handover so the team can run it without me
What you walk away with. An Attio workspace designed for your business, not for the average one. The CRM your team actually wants to live in.
05 · RevOps Retainer

Ongoing operation. Earns its keep every month.

For clients post-build, or teams with a working setup who need the data, workflows and pipeline kept honest. The operator role on tap, without the salary. Three rough shapes, scoped to the work, never to a calendar.

Monthly · scoped to the work
What's in it
  • Enrichment kept running, data quality maintained, broken integrations fixed
  • New workflows and automations as the business changes
  • Lead routing, scoring rules and pipeline tweaks, monthly
  • Reporting layer kept honest, new views built as you need them
  • A monthly review, what shipped, what's next, what's earning its place
The deal. The retainer earns its place every month, or you stop it. No annual lock-in, no rolling sunk cost. The system stays current, the pipeline keeps improving, or it doesn't continue.

From first call to running system.

Every engagement follows the same path. Each stage only moves when the last one is solid.

The build

Fixed scope, fixed fee, agreed up front. I build the CRM, the data layer, the automations. You check in at milestones. No open meter, no scope creep without a conversation.

Ongoing management

Optional monthly retainer once the build is live. Keeps the data clean, the workflows running, the pipeline improving. It earns its place every month or you stop it.

What I won't take on.

Half the value of a specialist is knowing where the specialism ends. If you need any of the following, I'll refer you out, not pretend I'm the right fit.

  • Out-of-the-box HubSpot or Salesforce builds. I build CRMs on Attio, and I migrate off HubSpot or Salesforce, not into them. The data layer on what you already run, yes (that's SKU 2). A new HubSpot or Salesforce instance, no.
  • "Set up Clay for us" with no CRM destination. If the data has nowhere to live afterwards, the build isn't worth doing. Clay is a tool, not an outcome.
  • Cold outbound as a standalone service. Built on top of a CRM I'm running, fine. As a one-off campaign with no CRM behind it, not my buyer.
  • Any project below the floor. The scope has to pay for the careful work. Below a real floor, the build doesn't get built properly and we both regret it. I'll recommend a template or refer you out instead.
  • "Quick wins" disguised as a build. If the brief is twelve disconnected ideas without a foundation, I'll write a roadmap for the foundation first. The brief gets sharper. The work gets cheaper.
  • Anything I can't see myself delivering personally. Founder-led, small delivery team. I don't subcontract you out to people you haven't met. If the scope outgrows that, I tell you and we adjust, we don't bury it.

Let's see which one's actually you.

A short call. I'll listen, ask the right questions, then tell you straight which engagement fits. Or that none of them do, which is just as useful.
