For VC, PE and search funds

Deal flow out of partners' inboxes.

I build the fund's own view of deal flow and the portfolio, then the same pipeline system inside the portfolio companies that need one. Built on the CRM you already pay for, and owned by the fund.

Most funds pay for a CRM and run on email.

Deal flow lives in inboxes

Every partner has their own pipeline, in their email and their head. The CRM gets updated when someone remembers, so nobody fully trusts what it says.

The CRM is a phone book

It holds names. Who you met, who made the intro and where each deal really is sits somewhere else, usually in a spreadsheet one person keeps.

Seed companies hit the same wall

Your portfolio companies reach the first sales hire with no list, no CRM worth the name and nobody to set it up, and each one works it out alone.

The fund first, then the portfolio.

01

Your deal flow in one place

Founders, intros and deals captured from where partners already work, their email and calendar, so the record stays current without anyone doing admin.

02

Portfolio data you can report on

The numbers the partnership and your LPs ask for, pulled together on a schedule instead of chased from founders every quarter.

03

More pipeline, across the portfolio

The same build I do for B2B sales teams: the CRM set up properly, clean data and a Monday list of the right accounts, rolled out in the portfolio companies that need it.

04

Built on what you have

I start from the CRM you already pay for, and only suggest a move if it is genuinely the wrong tool. I am an Official Attio Expert Partner.

Three stages. Stop after any of them.

1

The Readout, £1,000

A written diagnosis of your deal flow and portfolio data, with a fixed-price plan. Credited in full against the build if you go ahead within 30 days.

2

The build

Built to a fixed scope and fee, live in 10 working days and owned by the fund.

3

The portfolio

The same system installed in the portfolio companies that need it, one at a time or together.

Straight answers.

No. VC, PE and search funds all have the same shape of problem: deal flow, relationships and portfolio data spread across a few people. The build changes with the fund, the starting point does not.

No. The fund work stands on its own. Portfolio Installs happen company by company, when a founder wants one, and the founder owns what gets built.

Usually not. Most of the gap is in how data gets into the CRM and who owns it, not the tool itself. If the tool really is the problem, the Readout says so and prices the move.
