Attio · Official Attio Expert Partner

Attio, built around how you actually sell.

For teams starting fresh on Attio, and teams leaving HubSpot, Salesforce or a spreadsheet stack behind. I design the workspace, move the history across intact, and wire in the data that keeps the pipeline fed, so your reps use it every day and the pipeline you report on is the real one.

One path, four steps.

It starts with the audit, because scoping a build off a guess is how projects go wrong. Every step stands on its own, and you can stop after any of them.

01 · The Pipeline Audit

A paid diagnosis, not a free brainstorm.

For founders and sales leads who want to know what is actually broken before committing to a build or a migration. You get a written blueprint you can act on, with me or without me.

£1,000 · comes off the build price in full
What's in it
  • A full read of your current CRM, data sources, integrations and outbound stack
  • A walk through the workflow from lead to close, naming every handoff and every place data leaks
  • The AI opportunities across the process, ranked by pipeline added and hours saved
  • A written blueprint with the build or migration options costed, walked through with you live
What you walk away with. A written diagnosis and a scoped proposal. Yours to keep either way, and the fee comes off any build we start within ninety days. The full audit →
02 · Attio Foundation Sprint

An Attio workspace built around how you sell.

For teams starting fresh on Attio, or landing on it after a migration. Custom objects, the pipeline stages you actually use, and the views the team opens every morning.

Scoped after the audit · 1 to 2 weeks
What's in it
  • Custom objects, attributes and lifecycle stages designed to your motion
  • Pipelines, views and list digests the team will actually use
  • Email and calendar sync, domain enrichment, the native plumbing done properly
  • Loom runbooks so your team can run it without me
What you walk away with. A CRM shaped for your business rather than the average one, with the people who use it trained on it, so adoption sticks and the data going in is clean from day one.
03 · The Revenue Engine

The CRM, the data feeding it, and the automation around it.

The full build. For teams who want the pipeline fed and maintained by a system rather than by whoever has the time this week. Fixed scope, fixed fee, fourteen days.

Scoped after the audit · 14 days
What's included, and where the line sits
  • Up to 3 custom objects, designed and migrated cleanly
  • Up to 3 automation pipelines, with error handling and alerts that fire before anyone notices a problem
  • 1 enrichment waterfall, with the fallback logic that stops you paying twice for the same record
  • Up to 3 dashboards that leadership can take to a board meeting
  • A data warehouse add-on when product or event data needs it, scoped separately
Why the limits are fixed. They keep a fourteen-day build to fourteen days. Anything past them is quoted as a phase two.
04 · Retain us

Your system, kept sharp as you grow.

A system nobody owns degrades quietly. APIs change, costs creep, a sync stops writing and nobody notices for a month. This keeps it tuned and keeps it growing, with the operator role on tap and no salary attached.

From £1,000 a month
How it works
  • One live request at a time, so your queue moves instead of sprawling
  • Agents tuned and workflows fixed when a tool changes underneath them
  • New automations, views and reports as the business changes
  • Enrichment kept running and spend reviewed
  • A monthly review of what shipped and what earned its place
The deal. You are buying capacity and a request queue, not a timesheet. Month to month, scoped to what you are running.

You don't have to move to work with me.

The data layer, the enrichment and the reporting all work on the CRM you already pay for. If staying put is the right answer, I will tell you that and build on what you have.

And if you have outgrown it, I migrate teams off HubSpot, Pipedrive, Airtable and homemade spreadsheet stacks into Attio, with the history intact.

  • ✓ The full data model gets read before anything moves, which is the step most migrations skip and the reason they go wrong.
  • ✓ History, notes, owners and associations carried across, not dropped.
  • ✓ The new CRM shaped around your sales motion on the way in, so the move and the improvement happen together.

shaped around how you sell · history intact

Three situations I see most.

If an Attio partner or your investor sent you here, you are probably one of these. If not, the audit will tell us quickly.

Starting fresh

A new team, a first proper CRM, or a spreadsheet that has stopped scaling. The workspace gets designed around your sales motion from day one, before bad habits set in.

Leaving HubSpot

A renewal about to jump a tier, a data model that cannot hold your process, or reps working around the CRM. The move and the clean-up happen together, with the history intact.

Funds and their portfolio

Dealflow, LPs and portfolio companies modelled as real records, with the portfolio running go-to-market on the same rails as the fund.

What I won't take on.

If you need any of these, I will point you to someone better suited.

  • New Salesforce or Dynamics builds. I audit the data in them, build the feeds and lead infrastructure around them, and migrate teams off them. Building inside them means change sets, sandboxes and sign-offs, which is a different job done by different people.
  • "Set up Clay for us" with nowhere for the data to land. If there is no CRM destination, the build is not worth doing. Clay is a tool, not an outcome.
  • Cold outbound as a standalone service. Built on top of a CRM I am running, gladly. As a campaign with nothing behind it, I am the wrong person.
  • Anything below the floor. The scope has to pay for careful work. Under that, it does not get built properly and we both regret it.

Systems in daily use.

Leadership could not trust the revenue board. A legacy identifier was quietly inflating the numbers, and nobody could prove which figure was right.

  • Board reconciled to the penny against product truth
  • A six-figure overstatement found and removed
  • Forecasting rebuilt on numbers the team believes

An executive search firm

A year of history split between a legacy ATS and HubSpot, with no single place to see a candidate, a firm and a deal together.

  • Notes and deal history reconnected, not dropped
  • Roles and regions derived on the way in, so filtering worked from day one

Straight answers.

No. If you are on HubSpot or Salesforce and want to stay, I will build on what you have. The data layer, the enrichment and the reporting work regardless of the CRM. I am a vetted Attio Expert Partner, so for teams starting fresh or already planning a move it is usually where I would point you, but it is not a condition of working together.

No. Contacts, companies, deals, notes, owners and associations all come across. The part that needs care is the associations, the links between a deal and its people and company, because that is what quietly breaks and only shows up later in reporting. I read the data model before anything moves, which is the step most migrations skip.

Because it changes the incentive. The diagnosis is paid for whether or not you buy anything afterwards, so it is not a sales pitch. The £1,000 comes off the build price in full if you go ahead within ninety days.

Teams with no CRM and no intention of building proper infrastructure, and anyone after a quick fix with no data foundation behind it. If that is the situation, I will tell you on the call.

Curious what the manual version is costing you? Work it out in 30 seconds.

Let's see what your CRM should actually be doing.

A short call. I will tell you straight whether there is a build worth doing, and what it would take. No deck, no pitch.
