CRM and data · Official Attio Expert Partner

Your CRM is alive. It just isn't doing any work.

The records are in there somewhere, the reporting nobody trusts, and the enrichment that happens when someone remembers. I build the CRM and the data layer underneath it, so the pipeline reflects how you actually sell and the team stops working around it.

One path, four steps.

It starts with a diagnosis, because scoping a build off a guess is how projects go wrong. Every step stands on its own, and you can stop after any of them.

01 · CRM & Data Audit

A paid diagnosis, not a free brainstorm.

For founders and RevOps leads who want to know what is actually broken before committing to a build. You get a written roadmap you can act on, with me or without me.

From £1,000 · 3 days · credited against a build within 90 days
What's in it
  • Full read of your CRM, data sources, integrations and outbound stack
  • A walk through the workflow from lead to close, naming every handoff and every place data leaks
  • Written roadmap, with the build options costed
  • A call to walk you through it
What you walk away with. A written diagnosis and a scoped proposal. Yours to keep either way, and the fee comes off any build we start within ninety days.
02 · Attio Foundation Sprint

An Attio workspace built around how you sell.

For teams starting fresh on Attio, or landing on it after a migration. Custom objects, the pipeline stages you actually use, and the views the team opens every morning.

Scoped after the audit · 1 to 2 weeks
What's in it
  • Custom objects, attributes and lifecycle stages designed to your motion
  • Pipelines, views and list digests the team will actually use
  • Email and calendar sync, domain enrichment, the native plumbing done properly
  • Loom runbooks so your team can run it without me
What you walk away with. A CRM shaped for your business rather than the average one, with the people who use it trained on it.
03 · The Revenue Engine

The CRM, the data feeding it, and the automation around it.

The full build. For teams who want the pipeline fed and maintained by a system rather than by whoever has the time this week. Fixed scope, fixed fee, fourteen days.

Scoped after the audit · 14 days
What's included, and where the line sits
  • Up to 3 custom objects, designed and migrated cleanly
  • Up to 3 automation pipelines, with error handling and alerts that fire before anyone notices a problem
  • 1 enrichment waterfall, with the fallback logic that stops you paying twice for the same record
  • Up to 3 dashboards that leadership can take to a board meeting
  • A data warehouse add-on when product or event data needs it, scoped separately
Why the numbers are on the page. A fixed fee with a vague scope becomes three unpaid months and a tired client. Naming the limits up front is what keeps the fourteen days honest. Anything past them is a phase two, quoted openly.
04 · Keep it running

The part most people skip, and regret.

A system nobody owns degrades quietly. APIs change, costs creep, a sync stops writing and nobody notices for a month. This is the operator role on tap, without the salary.

Monthly · scoped to the work
How it works
  • One active request at a time, so your queue moves instead of sprawling
  • Standard turnaround in a day, under two hours when something is actually broken
  • Enrichment kept running, spend reviewed, integrations fixed
  • New workflows and views as the business changes
  • A monthly review of what shipped and what earned its place
The deal. It earns its place every month or you stop it. No annual lock-in and no rolling sunk cost.

You don't have to move to work with me.

The data layer, the enrichment and the reporting all work on the CRM you already pay for. If staying put is the right answer, I will tell you that and build on what you have.

And if you have outgrown it, I migrate teams off HubSpot, Pipedrive, Airtable and homemade spreadsheet stacks into Attio, with the history intact.

  • ✓ The full data model gets read before anything moves, which is the step most migrations skip and the reason they go wrong.
  • ✓ History, notes, owners and associations carried across, not dropped.
  • ✓ The new CRM shaped around your sales motion on the way in, so the move and the improvement happen together.

Attio
shaped around how you sell · history intact

The data looks different depending on what you sell.

Four shapes I know from the inside. If you are not one of them, the audit will tell us quickly.

B2B SaaS

Product usage sitting in Postgres while sales guess who is hot. The CRM, the warehouse sync and the signals that tell a rep when an account is worth a call.

Sales teams

Any B2B team doing outbound. Enrichment, routing and follow-up that runs on a system, so prospecting stops eating the week.

Search and recruitment

A desk that runs on the CRM rather than on a spreadsheet nobody else can read. Candidate and client pipelines in one place, with the history that makes a placement repeatable.

Marketplaces

Two-sided data, quote and order flow, and reporting leadership can trust when the numbers have to reconcile to the penny.

What I won't take on.

Half the value of a specialist is knowing where the specialism ends. If you need any of this, I will point you elsewhere rather than pretend.

  • New Salesforce or Dynamics builds. I audit the data in them, build the feeds and lead infrastructure around them, and migrate teams off them. Building inside them means change sets, sandboxes and sign-offs, which is a different job done by different people.
  • "Set up Clay for us" with nowhere for the data to land. If there is no CRM destination, the build is not worth doing. Clay is a tool, not an outcome.
  • Cold outbound as a standalone service. Built on top of a CRM I am running, gladly. As a campaign with nothing behind it, I am the wrong person.
  • Anything below the floor. The scope has to pay for careful work. Under that, it does not get built properly and we both regret it.

Client names stay off the site. The work is real.

I will walk you through any of it live on a call.

B2B SaaSReporting

A B2B SaaS platform

Leadership could not trust the revenue board. A legacy identifier was quietly inflating the numbers, and nobody could prove which figure was right.

  • Board reconciled to the penny against product truth
  • A six-figure overstatement found and removed
  • Forecasting rebuilt on numbers the team believes

Search firmMigration

An executive search firm

A year of history split between a legacy ATS and HubSpot, with no single place to see a candidate, a firm and a deal together.

  • Several hundred people, dozens of firms and over a hundred mandates migrated into Attio, days from go-ahead to live
  • Notes and deal history reconnected, not dropped
  • Roles and regions derived on the way in, so filtering worked from day one

Straight answers.

No. If you are on HubSpot or Salesforce and want to stay, I will build on what you have. The data layer, the enrichment and the reporting work regardless of the CRM. I am a vetted Attio Expert Partner, so for teams starting fresh or already planning a move it is usually where I would point you, but it is not a condition of working together.

No. Contacts, companies, deals, notes, owners and associations all come across. The part that needs care is the associations, the links between a deal and its people and company, because that is what quietly breaks and only shows up later in reporting. I read the data model before anything moves, which is the step most migrations skip.

Because it changes the incentive. I am paid to give you a diagnosis whether or not you buy anything afterwards, so the diagnosis can be honest. A free audit is usually a sales process in a costume. The fee comes off the build anyway if you go ahead within ninety days.

Teams with no CRM and no intention of building proper infrastructure, and anyone after a quick fix with no data foundation behind it. If that is the situation, I will say so on the call rather than take the work.

Curious what the manual version is costing you? Work it out in 30 seconds.

Let's see what your CRM should actually be doing.

A short call. I will tell you straight whether there is a build worth doing, and what it would take. No deck, no pitch.
